After placing our order we waited about a week before a driver was assigned. We were told that same morning that pickup would be in just a few hours. Driver communicated with pickup location and with me at the destination. Driver called the next day to say he was two hours away, lucky for us as my daughter was anxious to receive her new car. Would recommend!
