We had a positive experience with Ship A Car Direct. Eric, the customer service rep, was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained the whole process. He was easy to contact - either by phone or email - and it was a good feeling knowing he was there - just in case I had additional questions - or if I had issues with anything. But the whole process went smoothly - the car was picked up in Michigan when Eric said it would be - and the driver delivered it to Texas on time and without any problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to ship a car.
