Customer service with ship a car direct was good. I was a little disappointed with how much of a hassle it was to get my car delivered on time by the carrier. Pick up of my car in CA was good. I informed the driver that I wouldn't be in Chicago til Saturday and he said that wouldn't be a problem even if it arrived early. When Saturday came, I called the driver and he had already left out of the state to deliver another shipment of cars. I asked him when he'd be back, he told me Tuesday. I call him again Wednesday and he informed me he wouldn't get to Chicago til late Friday evening but would drop it off Friday. In the end, he dropped it off Saturday mid-morning (a week later than expected). The car was delivered in good condition, but it was frustrating to have it delivered much later than expected.
