Bruce was very responsive and communicated all along the process. He was realistic when discussing the cost and time frames for pickup and delivery of the car. Terry the truck driver was terrific. He kept in touch as to when he would be picking up the car and made the process very easy. Terry also delivered the car on time and at a convient location. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations.
