Contacted ship a car direct among others. They were the best with follow-up without being annoying. Gave me the run down on cost and process in one call and then through email.
Estimate was only $100 off, but most likely because of my pickup location.
Actual pickup was right on schedule and driver called ahead of time so we knew when to expect him.
Delivery was right on schedule and again driver called a day ahead to give us a heads-up and 30 minutes prior to arrival. When we met the driver the suv was ready to go. We checked the vehicle which was exactly as we left it, we paid as agreed and drove off. Easy and simple as that.
Great experience. Better than driving accross the country.
I would certainly reccomend ship a car direct!
