The company that shipped the car was not on time and did not notify me of any changes in pick up date/time. I was also not informed of who my driver would be until I called to confirm pickup. Otherwise, the shipping process was great.

Highlight: UZ Auto Trans driver named Rustom was extremely helpful. He was supposed to be my original driver, but was directed elsewhere. No one knew who my new driver was, but Rustom helped me figure that out. He called me back with updates frequently until he had information about the new driver. He was great, and had not reason to help me.

Lowlight: The customer service agent for Ship-a-Car (never given a name) was not very helpful after I called to say the driver had changed. He said he'd call me back, but I never got a call back. He was also very short with me. I was put on hold a few times so long that I had to hang up and call back. When calling back after being put on hold, the person picked up right away, which was weird.
