From the get-go, this was a very easy transaction. I contacted Ship A Car Direct after looking online and reading reviews. Since I'd been through the whole car shipping thing another time, I basically knew what to expect. For instance, it does you NO GOOD to try and work with two companies hoping for the first driver that can get your car to pick it up. Each company is basically pulling from the same pool of drivers and that results in lots of arguing, etc. Been there, done that, not gonna do it again!

We got the quote from Ship A Car Direct, waited a few more weeks (rate didn't change), and went for it. The driver of the transport truck had an adopted American name of "Joe" but he was from Cuba (now living in Miami). Great guy, very nice, very knowledgable and helpful! Said he'd been with the company for over 10 years.

This was just a smooth transaction all the way around. My only complaint was that there was TOO MUCH FOLLOW-UP after it was all said and done. I kept getting hounded for feedback via email and even by phone! Just not necessary. I said I was happy with everything and I was. End of story.

I will definitely use this company again. Thanks for making it all so easy!
