I reviewed several vehicle transport companies before selecting Ship A Car Direct. I liked that the company offered videos on their website for customers to view, and that they are recommended by the Better Business Bureau. Once I selected this company, a representative, Scott, contacted me several time during the entire process, via email. He was knowledgeable and polite. The car was delivered to my door 7 days after leaving Ohio. The driver, after unloading the car, actually pulled it into my driveway. Other then being really dirty, the car arrived damage free. I have to say, I was worried about shipping a car across the country, but it all went very smoothly. I highly recommend this vehicle transport broker for anyone who needs to ship a vehicle.
