I shipped my Honda CRV with Ship a car direct. it was a pretty seamless experience. Matt the rep spoke clearly about the rates and dates. I was promised a pick up date and the driver arrived on the day. The car was also delivered on time and in good condition. But since these guys are brokers i had to speak to the trucking company and the drivers were not very clear ( due to their english or the connection), but other than that everything was awesome ( and that's the only reason i gave 4 ).
