I was surprised at how fast they found a carrier to pick up my car. It arrived at its destination earlier than I expected and car was in same condition besides being a bit dirty on the outside. I would have liked the carrier to have given me a day or two notice before the car arrived but it so happened that I called to check the status the day before my car arrived. The driver of the truck for Basala Transport was personable, thorough, and prompt. I would use ship a car direct again.
