Every part of this car transport was easy, and Matt, my sales rep, was helpful at every juncture of the process. He was a true professional, and if I had to do it again, I would request to work directly with him. The company that ended up moving my car was also top notch in professionalism. I had to reach out myself to get time frames for the drop off, but the driver was very courteous and more importantly, brought my car back in perfect condition. My car was on the front of the open trailer, so it was covered in bugs, but nothing a car wash couldn't fix to restore it back to looking like new. Ship-A-Car Direct was a great choice and a blessing to have during a stressful move.
