Hi there,

Everything was mostly fine, but I got multiple automated emails after the car had been picked up that were apologizing for the car not being picked up yet. The first time, this really scared me, since I thought the car might have been stolen. I called and was told this was just a miscommunication in the internal systems. Understandable. But then it happened a few more times over the next few days. That might be worth looking into and was my only complaint with the experience. Thanks.

Thanks for the positive feedback, David! Sorry for the glitch in our emails - we are currently upgrading our systems to avoid that issue.
