Leading up to my car pick up, everything went smoothly. Emily was very quick to respond to all my questions and it was helpful to have the informational videos to learn more about the process since this was my first time shipping a car.
My car was scheduled to be picked up on Thursday and it got pushed back to Friday night because of Bay area traffic. Luckily, my flight wasn't for a few more days so I could afford to wait. My car ended up making it home before I did! I expected it to be delivered Thursday or Friday of the following week and it arrived Tuesday morning. It was pretty dirty, but nothing that some soap and water couldn't fix.
I was very happy that Ship a Car Direct followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. If I ever have to ship a car again, I will definitely use them.
