This was the first time for me shipping a car. I wasn't sure how to do go about it or just what to do. I contacted 7 companies of which 2 never responded. All the estimates I received were within $50 of each other. I selected Ship a Car Direct largely because of Karen and the information she provided. She was professional and very responsive to my many questions. Once my car transport was picked up by a carrier Karen assured me they were a reputable company. This also proved true. I called the company prior to pick-up with several special request for date and time of the pickup and both were readily accepted. With all this my daughter was late to the pick-up located. The driver waited 20 minutes and ever returned 3 hours later to get car. Avoiding me having to reschedule. I am very pleased.
