There were no problem from pick-up to delivery,,, The service was good.

But, I want to more improve service process.
When I ordered and paid, I couldn't know when my car was pick-up and delivered by drivers.
They say it's just my role not company's role to contact shipping drivers and ask date and time.
I thought if the company let customers know the estimated delivery date, their satisfaction will be increased more.
