The service overall was great. They assigned me to the Unified Auto Trans Corp, who shipped my car on time. There were some small differences that I didn't expect earlier. First, I gave them a picking time, but they extended it to a 4-day window and the picking up staff appeared on the last day. Due to the bad weather this year, this is forgivable. Second, the picking up staff required me to drive to a nearby parking lot due to the difficulty to drive into my neighborhood. Third, the delivering staff asked us to meet at a place 4 miles away. We took a taxis and they reimbursed our cost. At last, the quotation that I received from the transportreviews and the telephone representative was different by ~$200. Comparing around, I still chose their service for their good review. I also like their yelp page, where the company closely monitored the comments and address costumer's issues quickly and responsively. This gave me a high confidence to choose them at last and I am happy about my decision.

Thank you for your thorough feedback, Roger! You bring up some really good points! It's true that there isn't pick-up availability everyday, so we do recommend a window of a few days. And a carrier may have to ask to meet nearby if your street is too tough for a truck to negotiate - like if you live on a tight cul-de-sac, or a hill, or on a narrow one-way, or on a street with low hanging trees, or streets that haven't been plowed.
