I was nervous to ship my car across the country considering that it is a new car and I am still paying for it! However, the people at ship a car direct are great! They are personable, timely, and very knowledgeable. They set me up with a carrier, let me know what it means and who has what responsibilities, what happens if things go wrong, etc. They made sure to let me know to take pictures of my car before to make sure the car arrives well. They let me know what they do and don't cover for any damages or theft. They even followed up after my car was delivered which is very nice! I was able to both email and call the company, and they answered very quickly. The price is reasonable in my opinion, yes, it was close to 1000, but it's definitely for quality of service and delivery. Overall a great service!
