I needed a car shipped to my brother from San Diego to San Jose. It didn't take long to zero in on "Ship a Car Direct" given their ratings and very informative website.

When I called to ask more questions, I spoke to Scott who was very patient in explaining how the car shipment would work. I signed up for their service via their online link. From that point on, Scott was constantly in touch with me with an update on the car shipment. When a carrier was selected, he let me know immediately and provided me the carrier information.

Everything worked out smoothly and as described. I'm very pleased with their service and would use them again!
