Ship a Car Direct was professional and my contact, David, was very helpful in keeping on contact with me. I knew that I could email or call him at any time if I needed assistance. The car was a day later than expected but that was due to 2+ feet of snow on the east coast, so that isn't anyone's fault and I didn't mind the delay.
