I had a very positive experience with Ship a Car Direct. I shipped a car from Ohio to California. The customer service agent was very knowledgeable about the process, responsive to my calls and questions, and honest about the pluses and minuses of various decisions. They also sent over helpful videos and tips to make me feel more comfortable about the process. The carrier was also very conscientious, responsive, and facilitated a smooth hand over and delivery. The car was in great shape when I picked it up, and I had the car within 5 days.
