I thought Karen did a fantastic job of explaining the process, actively communicating next steps and responding promptly to any questions. Overall, I'm very happy with the delivery. Because I was moving such a long distance, I was nervous about the narrow 24-hr advance notice for pick up. Having to wait for that confirmation from the carrier was a bit nerve-wracking, so if there was any way to improve on that communication, I would have been 100% satisfied. In the event I need another long-distance transportation option, I will most likely contact Karen and Ship a Car Direct.

Thanks for the great overall feedback! You are right about the timing of final confirmation, and it's a common concern. We wish we could micro-manage drive times so that we could give more of a "head's up", but carrier confirmation does tend to come within 24-48 hours of pick-up for all shippers.
