I was reluctant to contact shipping companies regarding my vehicle. I eventually made some online inquiries and came across quite a few shipping companies. Of course, everyone wants to take your money, but few would deliver the results a consumer truly wants. I cross referenced with online reviews and the Better Business Bureau. I eventually chose Ship A Car Direct. They had the highest review rating coupled with the lowest consumer complaints. I dare anyone to find any business where there are absolutely zero complaints. What impressed me about Ship A Car Direct was that they only had four complaints, but more importantly, they were all resolved. I contacted them and was connected with Karen who remained my point of contact throughout the whole experience. I would marry this young lady if I could. She was energetic, honest, attentive and had a great sense of humor. I expressed my concerns and she made me feel comfortable with the process. She laid out all the details of how the transaction would take place and kept in touch through emails and phone calls. She was always accessible and included videos to help if I was unsure of anything. My vehicle was picked up and we made a walk around. I signed the bill of lading and they took my baby, a 2006 Chevy Tahoe. A week later, the carrier called to see if I was available for pickup. We did another walk around, the vehicle was in great shape, I paid the driver and I drove away. Hassle free vehicle transport. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
