I had a difficult situation where I was leaving one side of the country, but wouldn't arrive at my destination until over 10 days later. I called another company who basically said there was nothing they could do, I would have to either leave my car with someone here in CA or have someone else receive it on the other end. I am not a fan of being told there is nothing that can be done. I called Ship A Car Direct, who acknowledged that the situation was not ideal but we talked through the options and I decided to let them list it. Within 30 minutes I was notified that a trucking company had agreed to pick it up. Ship A Car Direct had a lot of great resources along the way to help me understand the process. The car was delivered later than expected, but this was due to delays with the transport company, not Ship A Car Direct's fault.
