I was a little hesitant about using the carrier selected for us after reading their reviews, however Tom assured me we were in good hands. Turns out he was right; everything went well. Our car was picked up on time (day and time), we were given an estimated delivery date and told the driver would call a day before. The driver did call and the car arrived earlier than estimated. The pick up and delivery drivers were both very nice. Tom at Ship a Car Direct was very helpful from start to finish. Very satisfied customer.
