Pick up was very convenient. The driver worked around my work schedule and arrived on time. It is important to have open availability the week of the delivery as the delivery time could not be confirmed until the day of. My car arrived in good shape except that the plastic coating around the antenna had apparently melted. Of course the car was very dirty, but that is to be expected.
