Ship-A-Car Direct and our rep Gaby were available and helpful throughout the process. I was kept well-informed about what to expect and what to do and Gaby kept me posted each step of the way. Given that I had never shipped a car before this was very helpful. I also appreciated their commitment to monitoring the performance of their transport contractors. That gave me a great deal of confidence that my car would arrive safely - and it did!
