I picked up my vehicle today and as a quality review I would likd to say the followings comments: In regards of,
Personnel support: The personnel from the company are very helpful, honest and friendly. They take care of you every step of the process.
Contact information: The first company that actually whenever you call the representative answer you or contact you directly. No answers machines, no phone options. It was a direct contact with your service. Via e-mail or phone it was a successful experience.
Product shipping and handling care: Since my car was picked up at the origin it was treated with care, well inspected, and very good handled.
Notification of arrival: It can improve notifying the customer earlier. However, I also understand, believe me, the lack of good service by the puertorican government so I wont count this one on you.
Reccomendation: I would highly recommend these services to anybody without a question.
