When I wanted to ship my car from Massachusetts to California, I looked several companies, but "Ship a Car Inc." stoop up for me because of Lisa Panuccio, the Transporter Coordinator
I communicated with her through their chat service- even though I did not how it would work, she made the chat engaging and gave me an oustanding explanation how the whole process would work. I called her then several times with more questions, and she always showed a professionalism, and high level of Customer Service.
The whole process worked exactly as planned, and my car arrived at the door of the CA destination.
I highly recommend "Ship a Car Inc." and specially Lisa Panuccio for her excellent Customer Service.
