Pepper Long was so knowledgable and helpful. She was constantly giving me an update to the process. The pickup was scheduled and unfortunately it happened at night which made Just a little harder to manage the expectations. The delivery was 8 days from pickup. Again was delivered at night and hard to see if there was damage. However no damage just really dirty.
