My husband and I needed our car shipped cross country, and not only did Shaughnessy Overland Express give the most fair quote, we received the most personalized service that you could get in this industry. Every other company we looked into would either jack up the price if they couldn't get the shipment assigned, or had a lengthy list of terms and conditions that would exclude covering almost any type of damage that could occur during the trip...basically saying they wouldn't be liable for anything. Our pickup and drop off locations were not in popular, larger cities, which made it more difficult to find a trucking company to accept the shipment. Beth was extremely helpful, honest, and worked tirelessly to find us someone who would take our shipment within our quoted price, even though it meant less money for her company. She kept us in constant communication with the status of our order, and always reassured us that she would take care of everything no matter what. She most definitely came through on her word and we got a shipment that worked with our time frame, locations, and price. We can't say enough good things about her customer service and highly recommend using Beth for any auto shipments!
