There sales rep, Jay, who I set up the order with initially was very helpful and said he would be available 24/7 until my vehicle arrived. He even gave me his Cell phone number. That was the last time I ever spoke to him because he was not reachable ever again. He told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. Nothing he promised happened. My car was not picked up. Most of my phone calls to follow up on why went to various people. Most of whom were rude, didn't care, and were unhelpful. To be fair two employees I spoke to were curious and helpful. In the end my car was finally picked up and delivered. The trucking company they set me up with was great. Bottom line: Secure Auto Shipping sucked big time.
