I had no idea how competitive and aggressive this industry is until I reached out to a few companies for quotes to move a vehicle we purchased from out of state. Ellen was the first and only person who stood out from all of the replies and calls we received moments after (and STILL continue to receive 2 - 3 weeks later!) She was honest and straight to the point - my husband and I immediately gained her trust given her experience and knowledge in the field. She worked quickly to secure a driver for us and in less than a week, the car was delivered to us. Same Day was so easy to work with and was not pushy or sales-y whatsoever. E-mails were answered immediately and there is always someone to connect with directly (no automated machines) to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Loved the experience and grateful we found them!
