I called Road Runner in a panic at 8:30 pm after another company failed to pick up my car after waiting two days. I spoke to Mitchell who guaranteed that the car would be picked up the next day and get to Indiana on the day I needed it. The other company Said that this was impossible even though I booked them a month ahead of time. Road Runner came through for us. The car was picked up about 12 hours after my initial call to them and got to its destination when they promised it would. They really came to the rescue in a pinch. Kudos to you for a great job.
