Seth was Wonderful, but it was still a bad Experience

This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. After waiting a week past when he thought it would be dispatched, he located a driver. Vehicle was not picked up as per agreement, and we did not feel comfortable waiting on it once it was past the agreed time frame. In the end we had to take other action to retrieve our vehicle. (Carrier went by the name TK Haulin' out of Indianapolis.)

On a positive note: Seth was friendly, and promptly returned calls, They will price match. Even when asking for more money, to make it a "more desirable" load, he tried to keep it reasonable, and not jump too much too fast. We would have paid $50 more than the originally price matched rate (had services been performed). The whole ordeal took place over 16 days, 16 stress filled days.
