The initial conversations were very pleasant and helpful so I signed the contract and they charged me $250 as a "retainer". Told me once the carrier accepted, the insurance information would be sent to me for review. Car never got picked up. I called and called and called. When they finally returned my call they told me they "escalated" it to upper management. Then all communication stopped. I then cancelled via email. Also spoke with Lee regarding my refund, he was the most rude man I have ever dealt with. It has been 2 months and I have not received my refund yet and I have disputed it on my cc. The company is now called Premier Auto Shippers. I ended up using Ship a Car Direct which was great!
