Price quoted of $425 to transport vehicle. Made $75 deposit with Passage. Received order receipt that stated COD to driver of $350. On arrival of vehicle at destination, driver wanted full $425. Explained to him about previous deposit and showed him my order receipt. He didn't care and showed me his order for $425 COD. Numerous attempts to contact Passage Auto Transport that morning were not returned. Only voice mail to leave message. Called 9 times that morning. Sent texts. No response. Driver was obstinate and demanded full amount or would not release keys. Finally settled for $405.This even made him angry. Final cost to me was $480. Still have not had a return call from Armani 48 hours later. Passage Auto Transport and/or the trucking company, VI Trucking Inc. out of Federal Way, WA., are running a scam operation. IF I ever hear back from Passage, which I doubt, I will gladly relay every detail to them and let them know what a shady company they are. I'll never see my extra $55 back. DO NOT USE this transport company!
