Christian Birol the owner of Olde Towne Logistics LLc stole $ 750.00 from my credit card. He stole it within a few hours of talking to him on the phone. He was to transport a car from Washington State to Humble, Texas for $750.00. We were to pay him $150.00 deposit today ( Oct 19, 2016 ), by credit card. And after he deliver the car, he could charge credit card for the balance of $600.00. Instead , Christian Birol committed credit card Fraud. My credit card company contacted me because of the large amount of $750.00 drawn from the card. I Thank God they contacted me, because I had no ideal he had committed fraud. The credit card company is going after him for fraud. WE are honest people, and we try to do things that's right by God. But people that steal from others, are Low down, dirty dogs. This is not the way a legitimate company does business. Watch out or he may steal money from you. I will never do business with Olde Towne Logistics again.

We are taking the time to diligently respond to Mrs. Helen Glover’s review. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to everyone here at Olde Towne Logistics. On 10/19/16 Mrs. Glover signed a contract agreeing for her Buick Regal to be shipped from Edmonds, WA to Humble, TX for the total price of $750. The agreement was that upon initial booking of the vehicle $150 would be charged to Mrs. Glover’s credit card. The remainder $600 would be charged at the time of delivery. Within an hour we successfully found a carrier for Mrs. Glover’s vehicle. After the vehicle was scheduled for pickup Mrs. Glover called and informed us that her bank notified her she was charged for the $600 amount. Her bank was right. We made the mistake of charging the $600 too soon. We took full responsibility for this mistake, immediately voided the transaction, and relayed the voided transaction receipt to Mrs. Glover. In spite of the voided transaction, she remained unhappy about the matter and requested to cancel the entire order. In our contract, it states that if a client cancels an order after we have contracted a carrier they relinquish their deposit. But, because there was a mistake made, we decided that refunding the deposit in an attempt to satisfy Mrs. Glover and rectify the situation was best. Before we were able to do this Mrs. Glover left her negative review. Mrs. Glover has every right to leave a review of our company, positive or negative, as long as that review is factually accurate. But the review Mrs. Glover gave Olde Towne Logistics conveniently leaves out that we admitted to our mistake and immediately fixed it. In addition, Mrs. Glover’s review also fails to mention that she went on to use this situation as leverage (she received the carrier information from us and then canceled the order) to circumvent our services and book directly with the driver. By leaving this information out and making false, derogatory accusations, Mrs. Glover’s review constitutes slander. We hope that our response to Mrs. Glover’s review provides transparency and explanation for all past and future clients.
