Overall working with New World Auto Transport (NWAT) was very positive. They were very patient and answered all out questions and concerns. They were extremely prompt calling me within 30 minutes of asking for a quote online.

New World Auto Transport sub-contracted this job out which I think is typical when the car is being delivered far away. This was our first concern when we were told this. We were assured from NWAT that the company they picked was a top rated company who was told to handle our car with care.

You can imagine our surprise when the vehicle was delivered behind a tow truck with the front wheels lifted in the air and another car on the flatbed.

I do know that the car was dropped to a nearby location which then towed the car to me and I think it was about a 30 mile distance. I assume that it was on a trailer from Houston, TX to Pennsylvania but they did not send me pictures as I had asked.

There was a lot of mud / grease on the inside handle on the drivers side door, emergency break and shifter as well as clumps of mud on the peddles. The door handle is beige leather so the mud/grease sitting for 5 days stained it. I assume it will eventually fade but again a huge disappointment. Luckily the e brake and shifter are black leather and the amount of mud/grease was much less.

Overall it arrived safely with no damage to the body. This is a hard one to rate because 4 would be about average and seeing the car pull up being toed with the wheels in the air was extremely disapponting.

I called and spoke to someone and he agreed that it should not have arrived that way. I told them I did not need anything back because it did arrive safe. I did expect to get a follow up call which I did not receive.

Make sure you ask lots of questions especially about how many times it changes hands before arriving to your house and how it will arrive.
