FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ended up not using this awful company and they just took my money and never contacted me! This was the worst company to do business. They girls are all ready to go to war with you and they are a bunch of liars! Niki says one thing which are all lies, she doesn't even keep you updated on what's going on. She also charged me before signing the contract and she told me that they would call on Sunday, they are not open on weekends. Then Maria is just rude and ready to argue with you and can't answer a simple yes or no question. The customer service is just a mess. They stole $175 and I didn't use their service. Them stealing my money and making me feel trapped is just unacceptable. I travel a lot and have used other auto transport companies without any problems and this was the worse! They didn't even call me the day they claimed they would ship my car out I had to contact them and Jen called me back telling me I have to give more money, Niki had told me they would not ask for anymore money. Other auto transport companies do not charge you until they have someone who can transport your car and they also confirm before taking money and they are great about shipping it on the day you want it shipped out. Clearly a company that does not match what they say are fraudulent and when the people that works for them are ready to go to war means to stay away from them because already know that they work for a fraudulent company! They have a lot of negative reviews on yelp also! This terrible and fraudulent company will defend their contract and take your money while giving you the worst attitude in the world! A quality company would not put someone through this terrible experience. In the end they stole money from me and couldn't care less!
