Being my first time shipping a car on a truck transport I was a bit nervous. Linda from Navy Transport was very accommodating and kept us informed up to the date of pick up.Steven the truck driver was the most caring and informative person. He answered all our questions, looked at us when he spoke and I must say his truck was spotless. The carrier trailer was so clean you could almost eat off the tracks where the tires on the car drove. He was late picking up the car but traffic around the DC beltway was a nightmare .Living on the eastern shore of Maryland...There is no fast way to get to us. Our car arrived in Denver in perfect condition two days early. My family received the car and experienced the same courtesy from Steven as we did. Would use Navy Transport again .
