I made a reservation ONE MONTH before my car was supposed to have been picked up for shipment to Florida. Jennifer - which being all charming and polite - kept on stringing me along until the day AFTER the car was supposed to be picked up when I FIRED HER.
She just couldn't find anyone to take my car and she was totally dishonest with me about the process. She finally admitted that she had just started working for Navy so I fired her.
If you want someone who will REALLY take car of you, go with Jay's Auto Transport. He got me a driver from one day to the next and even got my car to me early!
