Signed a contract for for $450 to ship car from Fl. to NY on Mar.2 Original pick up date was May 18. One week before scheduled pick up date, Mario called and said "There is a bit of a problem". He said the "snowbird" rate was now in effect and the cost would be $950...more than double the original amount.

I reminded him that we had a contract and he reminded me that the price was always subject to change.

He convinced me when we signed the contract in Mar. that he could ship it for $450 because I was doing it so far in advance he could "lock it in".

I wish I had taped the original conversation as I would use it in a lawsuit. I would never do business with this firm nor would I recommend it.

Promises something he knows he can't deliver.
