They contracted to haul a backhoe on a set date for 600 dollars, when that date came I called them to find out when it would get to my house. After several calls my contact man (John) called me back and said he was sorry and that he dropped the ball and would get working on it right away. He called two hours later and said he found someone that could haul it that day but it was going to cost me another 200 dollars. I had to get it off the lot that day so I had no choice but to pay the extra 200 dollars. When I called the corporate office to make a complaint I spoke to Karen (ext 734), after several calls in which never were returned. I think that is terrible business and will never do business with Nation Wide Transport Services again. Gary Petrich
