I selected this company to transport my daughters car to new jersey where she is starting school because i didnt want her driving across country. After reading their reviews I decided to give them a call. Manny the sales rep that booked this for me was very informative. He answered all the questions i had and made me feel more confident about the transport. Driver called me the day before to arrange the time of pick up. I had a meeting and wasn't available for the time that the driver wanted to pick up but he was very understanding and worked out a a time that was good for me. He arrived at the time arranged, we inspected the car and wrote everything on a paper that he and i signed. I kept a copy and he took one aswell. I was still very nervous about the condition of the car since its a lease but the driver answer every time i called to check and he also called my daughter in new jersey to arrange the delivery.
Car arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Would highly recommend National Auto Shipping to anyone.
Thank you guys for the great job. I would be using national again once my daughter finishes school and comes back home.
