I wish I could give a lower review. Our experience shipping one of our cars from California to Minnesota was awful. Manny gave a quote at a decent price, albeit $300 higher than a competitive service. I've used this company before, without issues but this service justifies less than a 1 star!
The driver was three days late picking up the vehicle. Their subcontractor continually lied about being in contact with me. He missed 3 pickup appointments, and I eventually had to have a neighbor meet the truck as I had to move.
On drop off the driver again missed several appointments and did not come when he said he would. Then he demand to be paid in cash and after going to the bank to get the money, he says he can't issue a receipt that they don't do that.
I will never use these guys again, nor will my company.
