I contacted movewheels in may of 2016 to transport my husbands car from Boston to Kansas. I was told by the woman tanya that it was a "popular route" for the drivers. She quoted me at 775$ I made myself very clear that the car needed to be in Kansas July 20 because my husband was coming home for deployment. She assured me it would be no problem. I contacted her the july 11 because she told me that was when she will have a driver availiable. She found no ome to take the car. She said give me two days. It now july 14, so im like my husband needs his car you had a month and a half to find someone. Shes like i cAn find someone to take it for 900$ but it will get there june 24. SO not only did i have to pay more it was getting there 4 days late. So i had to book a remtal car for my husband those 4 days. THEN without notice or contact the next day i get a call from the driver telling me he was picking the car up in an hour. This woman tasha did not tell me the driver was coming that day. I had to LEAVE work as quickly as i could to give the car to the driver. It gets even better. The driver then calls me the next day and says the car will be dropped off the next day (june 18). FIRST OF ALL, no one was going to be in kansas june 18. My husbNd was coming home june 20. So not only was i told it was arriving late it was arriving early with no one to receive it. I called tasha and asked her what the hell was going on. Her reply was "i dont know our system is down". Not only did i have to cancel a rental car i had to find someone that will fork over 900$ in cash mind you to the driver to pick it up. Awful awful awful horrendous service!! Dont every use this company. Unorganized LIARS!!!
