horrible business practices

Horrible customer service. Booked a shipment with them and even confirmed sign my credit card. A few hours later got an email saying my order was denied with no reason. Called and asked why and all 3 times I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Finally when I spoke with Ryan he was rude saying I know what I did in the past which happened 4 years ago? I don't even recall specifically what happened but I do recall leaving a bad review.

Regardless this company from a business standpoint should be thankful I was giving them another chance. Saying they don't want the liability but I was putting my credit card on file with them? Go ship with a different company that has better business practices.

Just as consumers have the right to choose which companies to give their business to, we as a company reserve the right to protect our business assets and our brand. By law, as indicated within our terms and conditions, Montway reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason at any time. In this case, we exercised our right to refuse service.
