I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone transporting their vehicles. I am STILL waiting on my vehicle that was suppose to be delivered 4 days ago. My vehicle was being transported from Atlanta, GA to Marysville, WA. At pick up, they were late and wanted my family to drive several miles to drop off the car to be picked up (when the company was suppose to come pick up the car at my familys). My car was then on its way and was suppose to be delivered Thursday- 1 week later. I waited all day Thursday for an update when my car was going to be delivered. I finally called the driver, the dispatch, and Montway Auto Transport. The driver barely spoke english and could only tell me the truck broke down and he was stuck in South Dakota (23 hours from Marysville). The dispatcher was extremely rude in conversation and complained to me how much this was costing him to fix. Montway Auto Transport said they did not know what was going on and finally after 2-3 hours reached out to them just to tell me the same thing. BOTTOM LINE I was NEVER notified of any break down or any delay this was UNEXCEPTABLE. EXTREMELY poor communication and professionalism. I am STILL waiting on my vehicle and I have had to call for updates. EXTREMELY displeased with their services and I do not recommend them to anyone. This past couple of days I have started a new job and needed to get several things done, which are not made possible without a car. Therefore, I have had to find other transportation means, which Montway refused to help with getting a rental car. It has been a huge inconvenience. I asked how they were going to fix it and they said they would offer $100 of my bill (which is nothing!) and a gift card with them (never using them again). It still depends how they handle this situation and whether or not they will do it professionally, but I am very unhappy with them.

Please note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are only estimated, and not guaranteed. Upon learning of this reviewer’s concerns we immediately reached out to her apologizing for all the inconvenience caused during the transport of your vehicle with assigned carrier. Our goal is to find our customers transport solutions and carrier companies to transport vehicles per customer’s needs. Please also note any information we provide for the trailer whereabouts comes directly from the carrier. We believe our carriers to be upfront with us and have no reason to withhold information this is why whatever they inform us we quickly provide to the customer. Since we are not on the road we rely on our customers and/or carriers to report any issues with shipment and we do our best to offer a speedy resolution. Unfortunately this particular carrier’s truck did break down. We hope this explanation makes it easier to understand how the auto transport industry works and to give you an example that as a broker we are fully dedicated to our customer and ensuring the customer gets the best service possible. We sincerely apologize if you feel this was not done for you. Montway is proudly named one of Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies as a broker and carrier as we strive to provide quality service. As we have reached out to the customer(mentioned above) we were able to get the customer compensated by Montway and were able to address/resolve the customer's concerns. We are glad we had the opportunity to make things right and appreciates the customers time and patience. Thank you
