Montway Will not Cancel my order so another company can handle it

I setup a pickup with them and the date came and went. Everyday I would get a different reason why the car wasnt setup for a pickup yet. The seller of the car said he will handle the delivery so I cancelled and they still have not removed the dispatch. But they upped the bid and tried to call me back and ask to take a higher offer. They are jerking me around instead of canceling the order. I really dont apprecaite the headache and would not recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. On average our carriers pick up loads for transport between 1-5 business days after the first available date listed. We here at Montway do our best to adhere to our customer's schedules and provided time frames. However, there are a lot of moving parts that need to come together for the transport of a vehicle and sometimes we are not able to avoid instances that push schedules to their limits, which is why we cannot and do not guarantee dates. Customers are made aware of our cancellation policy from the time their order is placed. The cancellation policy states: Cancellation of an order must be submitted in writing via email sent to info@montway.com. Montway, Inc. does not accept or honor cancellations made via phone call. It is on the customers service agreement as well as in our term and conditions which can be viewed on our website: https://www.montway.com/terms-and-conditions. Customer sent this cancellation in on 7/25/2016 and we did cancel the order the same day. We are truly sorry we were not able to transport this customer’s vehicle. If there is anything else that we can assist this customer with please have them contact us as we would be more than happy to help. Thank you
