Delayed but satisfied

Ordering was easy, and editing the order (after I discovered that I made a mistake in the order) was very easy as well. Montway was pleasant and prompt both through the phone and by email. This was not a rush order, however, the email message I received after first placing the order said that the car would arrive in 1-2 days. While I didn't quite believe that the order would arrive in one day (it left New Orleans in mid afternoon), I did expect it to arrive on the second day. As I had to have someone available at the address where it would arrive, the drop off date was critical knowledge and someone had to remain close to home.The company also doesn't seem to have a automatic tracker (though I didn't look hard to find one), so we had no arrival updates along the way. When the driver got close (Sunday morning), he called to said he'd be there in an hour. It was actually more than 2 hours. In any case, the car arrived and all is fine. I think Montway should speak to its contract carrier about on time delivery and communication.
